Abstract submissions for ADRF 2026 have now closed

Abstract Review and Selection:

All submissions will be reviewed by an Abstracts Evaluation Panel comprising researchers and subject-matter experts. The panel will assess each abstract for its alignment with the Forum’s five main themes and adherence to the evaluation criteria.
Abstracts must meet acceptable scientific and ethical standards and should contain data that have not been previously published or presented.
The Presenting Author (submitter) of accepted abstracts will be required to present their study at the forum.
The ADRF Committee will organise sessions based on accepted abstracts and case reports.
Abstracts are selected based on submission criteria and their relative merit.

Abstract Timeline

These dates outline the key steps and deadlines for ADRF2026 participation and abstract submission.

Abstracts may be edited until Friday, 6 February 2026 (AEDT)
Outcome notifications will be sent to primary presenters in early March 2026.
Accepted presenters must register and pay by 17 March 2026 to secure inclusion in the program

Call for Abstracts Opens: Wednesday 31 October 2025

Begin submitting your abstracts for consideration at ADRF2026.

Early Bird Registrations Open: Friday 7 November 2025

Take advantage of discounted registration rates by registering early for the forum.

Abstract Submissions Close: Friday 6 February 2026 (AEST)

Deadline to submit your abstract for review—submissions will not be accepted after this date.

Acceptance Advice issued to Authors: Friday 6 March 2026

Authors will be notified about the outcome of their abstract submission.

Acceptance Confirmation Due: Tuesday 10 March 2026

Accepted authors must confirm their participation by this deadline to secure their place in the program.

Presenter Registration Deadline: Tuesday 17 March 2026

Accepted presenters must register and pay to secure inclusion in the program.

Early Bird Registration close: Wednesday 15 April 2026

Last chance to take advantage of discounted registration rates.

Forum Dates: 1 - 3 June 2026 (Monday to Wednesday)
