This panel discussion will explore the critical factors that enable the best death possible for a person with young onset dementia. The discussion will draw on the perspectives of five panellists from a range of backgrounds, including a specialist in a tertiary care setting, nurse practitioner in aged care, a social worker providing spiritual care, a researcher with special interest in advance care planning and end of life care, and a carer who has supported her partner through the end-of-life experience.
