The Australian Dementia Forum 2021 (ADF2021) has launched with an unprecedented and exceptional field of international and national leading dementia experts in the invited speakers program and is now calling for abstracts for both oral and poster presentations in one or more of the four conference streams:
- Diagnosis (preclinical, prodromal, clinical)
- Treatment (pharmacological and non-pharmacological)
- Prevention (incl epidemiology)
- Care (research to improve the quality of life for those living with dementia and improve service delivery)
Prizes will be awarded for the best/ most innovative abstract presented by an early career researcher in each stream.
While the 2020 conference had to be cancelled due to COVID-19, the 2021 conference is coming back bigger and better. The virtual format in 2021 has given us the opportunity to attract a wonderful field of speakers and to create an exciting and rich conference that will include interactive sessions, pre-recorded and live presentations, and a novel feedback process for poster presentations.
